Today I got my alternative solution :
No dedicated hardware buttons, but you can use all existing Android SmartHome / Media-Control Apps.
And no Qt !!!
For what it’s worth: I’m really looking forward to the YIO remote with hardware buttons 
Like some physical buttons actually, good luck with that.
I also would prefer a remote with hardware buttons. But I am afraid there are not enough open source Qt developers available for all the required integrations and features.
It’s a mobile phone without cellular, it’s way overpriced.
I already own a remote without buttons, it’s called an iPhone.
